The greatest ramen is in Tokyo!
There are hundreds in Tokyo from local ramen shops to famous ramen shops throughout Japan. Tokyo is also the first ramen hot battle area in Japan. There are many Japanese noodle shops in Taiwan, but it is made to suit the taste of Taiwanese people. This time my Tokyo ramen tour is the taste of authentic ramen. When arriving in Tokyo, I will have the authentic Japanese ramen, enjoy the same taste as Japanese, eat noodles, taste delicious soup, and be happy with full satisfaction.

Ikebukuro:無敵家 (MUTEKI-YA)
「MUTEKI-YA」at Ikebukuro is very popular with Taiwanese people and hits a lot when you search on the net. A lot of people line up at business hours. I was just wait a few lines this time so I was lucky. First of all taste the soup as it is, then put the some seasoning, you can enjoy the change of taste. Topping Nori (Seaweed) which character is printed is one of special features. Rich pork bone soup, elastic noodles are popular among Taiwanese people. Chashu is thick, but very soft, it can bite off at once. Very tasty!

Kotobuki is a ramen shop based on chicken born white broth. The most different thing is lemon ramen. When entering the shop, unlike ordinary ramen shop, it smells of lemon. The soup is a delicious taste, and a refreshing scent of lemon remains in the mouth even after finishing eating. A thin noodle absorbs the essence of chicken born white broth and it is becoming more delicious.

I was surprised when I got KAGEYAMA. It is said that this is the hometown of Tezuka Osamu. Many Tezuka Osamu cartoons are drawn on the shop wall that is the reason! The interior of the shop is reminiscent of the late night cafeteria.
